Organic Matcha - Yume

This is a Ceremonial Grade organic matcha green tea from a spring harvest that comes from Kirishima, Kagoshima Prefecture, on Japan's southernmost main island, Kyushu. Before being emulsified, the fine powder releases notes of chocolate milk. The creamy foam is very easy to achieve, which will please both less experienced tea lovers and connoisseurs. The taste of the drink begins with vegetal notes (endives) and ends with subtle tropical fruit flavors typical of the Yabukita cultivar.
