We only accept exchanges within a period of 10 days following purchase or receipt of delivery. The product must be intact and with the initial label. Sale or promotional products are final sales. Items with dates (calendar, map, etc.) and food are not included.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions. We charge a restocking or cleaning fee depending on the condition of the products.

Shoosh does not provide refunds. The returned item may be exchanged for an item of equal value or subject to a credit note of equal value.
